  • Newsletter & Communication Subscriptions: Email addresses provided to receive weekly notices, liturgical announcements, and digital newsletters.
  • Technical & Browsing Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and usage patterns collected automatically to optimize website responsiveness and prevent automated security attacks.

Contributions made to PCEA Miracle Church (via Safaricom M-Pesa Paybill 4082553 or Equity Bank Paybill 247247 / Account 408255) are processed through regulated financial institutions and payment gateways.

  • Church financial administration records transaction confirmation IDs and amounts purely for accounting, auditing, and official church receipting.
  • We implement encrypted storage and role-based access control so that financial records are only accessible to designated church treasurers and audit committees.

6. Photography, Video & Livestreaming Notice

PCEA Miracle Church regularly livestreams Sunday services and records church events for ministry broadcast, digital archiving, and public evangelism on YouTube, Facebook, and our website.

  • Public Sanctuary Worship: By attending our in-person public worship services, you acknowledge that your likeness or voice may appear in public video broadcasts, livestreams, or church photo galleries.
  • Children’s Privacy: We exercise elevated discretion regarding photos and footage of children during Sunday School activities. We do not publish personally identifying details of minors without parental or guardian consent.
